Near-Field Microscopy
Part of our expertise has been built through scientific collaborations and our projects include...
- Semiconductor nanocrystals
- Metal nanocrystals.
- Developed of an apertureless Near-Field Optical Microscope (SNOM) based on a Kretchman configuration used to evidence coupled optical modes between tip and metal surface.
- Developed an original approach where nanocrystals were deposited on a photosensitive film illuminated with a laser and induced surface modulations were analyzed afterwards by Atomic Force Microscopy, allowing the observation of dipolar radiation of nanoparticle island recorded in the polymer matrix.
