Symposium J: Semiconductor nanoStructures towards Electronic & Optoelectronic Device Applications IV
May 27-31, 2013, Strasbourg, France
We are contributing to the organisaiton of the symposium J which will be the fourth installment of a highly successful biennial series that began in 2007. It will present the latest research in semiconductor nanostructures and their applications to electronic, optoelectronic and photonic devices. It covers all aspects from fundamental growth issues and material development, to interfaces, device integration and testing along with blending experimental with numerical and theoretical approaches.
