- Getting to St Andrews: University information by air, train, car and bus (University pages )
- From the bus station... walk for about 7 min... take the street on your right from the station in direction of the town centre (City Rd ), at the first roundabout, take right again (Double Dykes Rd ), when you reach the first intersection then cross the street and walk across the little parking along the tennis courts on your right handside, turn right to follow the path and reach the "Museum", leave the bowling area on your left handside and keep "straight", you will then arrive on a street named Kennedy Gardens located above the level of the School, walk down the stairs on your right handside to reach the front door.
-
If you come by car
, you will likely arrive from A91
, pass the Golf course on your left, take right at the first roundabout, reaching the second roundabout... if you have a parking permit then go straight and you will park at the back of the School, if you don't have a parking permit then turn left and then first right to reach the free parking of St Andrews... then walk for 2 min to reach the back entrance of the School, or walk 3 min up the stairs, along the wall on your right handside, and down the stairs to arrive at the front of the School.
Please be aware that you will need a parking permit to use the School parking without collecting a fine and the secretaties will need your car licence plate or the model of your car (a bit in advance is always easier) or if you are ready to walk 2 min it is also possible to park on the large parking at the back of the School builidng for free.
The enclosed map indicate the free-parking in red, the front building parking in blue and the back building parking in green (the latter two require parking permit)
